These terms explain how Trustshield Growth works, what we do, what we need from you, and what we cannot promise. Please read them before using the service.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Trustshield Growth website, application and related managed services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and, where you act for a business, be authorised to do so on its behalf.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Trustshield provides software tools (such as lead and follow-up management), AI-assisted workflows, recommendations and human execution support to help businesses plan and carry out growth activities.
Depending on your plan, the Trustshield team may prepare content, campaigns, offers and follow-up workflows for you. The scope of work depends on your selected plan and any written agreement with you.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any material you provide. You must not request unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or infringing content or campaigns.
Trustshield may prepare content, campaigns, offers and recommendations for your approval. Where approval is required, you remain responsible for reviewing the business-specific accuracy of the information.
Approval authorises Trustshield to proceed with the approved activity according to the applicable service scope. Additional advertising or third-party expenditure is not included in your subscription unless explicitly stated.
Content prepared by Trustshield is based on information you provide. We may decline to create content we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading or in breach of platform policies.
Trustshield subscription fees do not include third-party advertising spend unless a specific plan or written agreement says otherwise. Advertising budgets, platform charges, messaging charges, API charges and other third-party costs may be separate and are only incurred with your explicit approval. Third-party charges are not Trustshield fees.
Trustshield may work with third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, payment providers, messaging providers and other software/API providers. Mentioning these platforms does not imply any partnership with them.
Availability and functionality may depend on those platforms. Trustshield does not control third-party platform availability, policy changes, account restrictions, outages or API changes.
Plans, prices and included work are shown on our Pricing page and may be confirmed in writing for custom plans. Prices may change for future billing periods with prior notice.
Online payment is not yet enabled. Until it is, payment terms will be agreed with you directly before any paid service begins. You will not be charged automatically.
New business accounts may receive promotional credits for a limited period, as shown in the app. Promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire at the end of their validity period.
We may improve, change or discontinue features as the service develops. Where a change materially reduces a paid service, we will tell you in advance.
Do not use Trustshield to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, contact people who have asked not to be contacted, infringe others' rights, or break the rules of any platform you use.
The Trustshield software, brand and materials remain the property of Trustshield. Subject to payment of applicable fees, content created specifically for your business may be used by you for your business.
You retain ownership of your Customer Content, including your leads and customer records. You give Trustshield permission to use it only as needed to provide the services to you.
Stock media, fonts, music or other third-party material used in content may be subject to their own licence terms.
No guarantee of business results. Trustshield provides technology, managed services, recommendations and execution support. Results are not guaranteed.
Trustshield does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, appointments, followers, advertising results, return on investment or business growth. Marketing and advertising outcomes depend on many factors, including market conditions, customer demand, your offer, pricing, competition, platform policies, advertising budget and your own responsiveness to enquiries.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached, if required by law, or to protect other users or the service. You may stop using the service and request cancellation at any time.
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the services, except where disclosure is required by law.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trustshield is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to compensate Trustshield for reasonable losses arising from claims caused by information, content or instructions you provided that were unlawful, inaccurate or infringing.
Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network or platform outages, or government action.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
If you have a complaint about the service, we want to hear about it and will review it promptly.
To raise a complaint or grievance, contact Trustshield customer support at the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your business name and a short description of the issue so it can be reviewed.
We may update these terms as the service grows. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect.
