Trustshield Growth provides software and managed growth services to businesses. This policy applies to our website, application and related services.

We collect information you give us, information our customers enter about their own leads and customers, and limited technical information needed to run the service.

Information you type into forms, upload, or share with our team while using the service.

Your name, email address, optional phone number, account type and sign-in details. Passwords are handled by our authentication service and stored only in a secure, non-reversible form.

Details you add about your business, such as business name, type, industry, location, contact details, services, customers, goals, offers and brand preferences.

Business customers may enter information about their own leads and customers (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes). Trustshield processes this information only to provide the services the business has requested.

Trustshield does not own a business customer's lead or customer data. The business customer is responsible for ensuring it has an appropriate legal basis or permission to provide this personal data to Trustshield and to use it for the requested services.

When you use our contact form we store your name, business name, email, phone, business type and message so our team can respond.

Our hosting and authentication providers may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and request logs to keep the service secure and working. We also record in-app activity (for example, a follow-up being generated) to measure usage.

We use browser storage that is necessary to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

We use information to provide and improve the service, as described below.

To personalise tools, prepare content and campaigns for your approval, and run follow-up workflows for your business.

To create and manage your account, workspace and subscription.

To respond to your questions, requests and complaints.

Each business workspace is separated at the database level so one business cannot access another's information. Access for the Trustshield team is restricted to authorised team members.

To understand how the service is used, using aggregated usage information.

To send you service-related messages inside the app. We will not send you marketing messages without an appropriate basis, and you can opt out of them.

We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication and AI processing. When AI features are used, relevant business and lead context is sent to an AI provider to generate the requested content. Providers process information on our behalf to run the service.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help run the service, with platforms you ask us to use on your behalf, or where required by law.

Information may be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, contractual obligations, legal requirements, dispute resolution and legitimate operational needs, subject to applicable law. Specific retention periods have not yet been set and will be published here when defined.

You can edit or delete many records directly in the app. You can also ask us to close your account and delete your business information, subject to any information we are required to keep by law.

Subject to applicable Indian data protection law, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to have a grievance about our handling of it addressed. Contact us using the details below.

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may mean some services can no longer be provided.

Trustshield Growth is a business service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Some of our service providers may process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, it is done only as permitted by applicable law.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal data, we will investigate, take steps to contain it, and notify affected customers and authorities where required by applicable law.

We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated inside the app.
